Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism.
• Conduct sessions in various settings such as homes, schools, or community environments.
• Instruct clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
• Assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance with responsive communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Childcare experience required.
• Ability to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
• Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
• Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm with flexibility for students.

Nice-to-haves
