About the position

TiraLine Health Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Behavioral Technicians to provide support and implement ABA programs for individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. The role focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and community interactions through consistent application of behavior analytic principles. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA program with consistency and treatment/procedural integrity.
• Utilize antecedent intervention procedures such as the Premack Principle and Functional Communication Training.
• Utilize behavior analytic teaching strategies including task analysis, shaping, and Discrete Trial Training.
• Provide social skills instruction to clients.
• Maintain communication with consumers, parents, and caregivers through email and phone calls.
• Collect, review, summarize, and communicate data and progress with the Program Supervisor.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with consumers and caregivers, ensuring all interactions are face-to-face.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development trainings.
• Report incidents and maintain communication with the Program Supervisor regarding client progress.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Basic understanding of applied behavior analysis concepts and principles.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines for applied behavior analysis.
• Ability to implement common data collection tools such as frequency and duration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in behavioral health for at least 1 year.
