About the position

The Center Director position at Key Autism Services is a mid-level leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of a clinic, providing support to BCBAs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients. The role involves administrative duties, staff supervision, and collaboration with various departments to maintain a positive work culture and effective communication. The Center Director will also be involved in clinical initiatives and the growth of the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the company's mission and values in actions and language.
  • Implement company policies and protocols in a timely manner.
  • Conduct supervision with BCBAs on a regular basis based on their level.
  • Attend meetings with the supervising director and in-service trainings.
  • Complete reports and conduct revisions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with Client Services and Operations to ensure continuity of care.
  • Oversee BCBA session notes and incident reports, including investigations.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of clinical initiatives.
  • Ensure clinical quality of programming services provided by BCBAs.
  • Provide support and supervision of BTs supervised by BCBAs.
  • Collaborate with staff on organizational initiatives and policies.
  • Monitor BCBA billable requirements and utilization rates.
  • Update organizational spreadsheets and notes.
  • Be available for emergency communications outside of company hours.
  • Conduct clinical hiring and exit interviews for BCBAs.
  • Resolve client complaints and follow the chain of command.
  • Maintain billable requirements through assessments and client supervision.
  • Oversee daily center operations and policy implementation.
  • Assist with clinic growth and new client intake through marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA certification is required.
  • 3+ years of BCBA experience is required.
  • Maintain LABA or other state licensure.
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leadership roles within clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
  • Experience in marketing and client intake strategies.
