About the position

The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for a prominent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services provider, focusing on digital marketing, branding, and grassroots outreach to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, managing both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all digital marketing initiatives and manage campaigns with third-party agencies.
• Oversee branding efforts, including social media, events, and website management.
• Develop measurable marketing plans based on insights and data analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners to enhance brand visibility and growth through grassroots strategies.
• Manage a small internal marketing team and collaborate with external partners on recruitment marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Background in grassroots marketing or healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with an energetic, adaptable, and creative approach.
