About the position

The ABA Mid-Level Case Manager at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services plays a crucial role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to individual client needs. This part-time position involves assisting Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavioral health treatments, conducting parent consultations, and ensuring effective coordination of care. Responsibilities

• Assist Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments.
• Conduct parent consultation sessions.
• Assist the BCBA in case oversight.
• Conduct in-field training and supervision of RBTs.
• Ensure completion of all data collection, daily session notes, and graphing requirements during sessions.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordination of care.
• Utilize a variety of research-based teaching strategies in creative ways (both play-based and structured).
• Motivate staff to want to learn more about behavior analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Master's Degree in a related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program).
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed.
