About the position

IGCN Health Center is seeking dynamic and coachable ABA Therapists to work with clients in a home setting. The role emphasizes providing high-quality services to help clients achieve independence. Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with supervisors and BCBAs to develop treatment plans.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in achieving their behavioral goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children (e.g., babysitter, nanny, daycare center, school aide, behavior therapist).
• Current TB test and clean DOJ background record (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an ABA therapist.
• Knowledge of child development and special education.
