About the position

The ABM & Digital Events Marketing Manager at Zip is responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies and managing digital events to drive engagement and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create personalized marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts, overseeing the production of webinars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in ABM and digital events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and bookings for key accounts.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales and marketing, tailoring campaigns across one-to-few and one-to-many frameworks.
  • Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, and content syndication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, account-specific content and assets.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and build effective sales enablement materials.
  • Own ABM performance reporting by monitoring KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
  • Leverage ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to track campaign success and provide insights.
  • Manage all aspects of digital events/webinars, including scheduling, programming, and logistics.
  • Implement strategies to maximize attendance and engagement for webinars and digital events.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators for webinars and digital events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, digital events, demand generation, or closely related fields within B2B SaaS or tech marketing.
  • Deep understanding of ABM and webinar strategies and tactics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals through targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating campaign materials.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with ABM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Highly data-driven and detail-oriented.

  • Experience with interactive elements in webinars to enhance attendee participation.
