About the position

The ABM Manager at Verkada will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for the company's core product suites within the U.S. market. This role involves building account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise and global accounts, managing budgets, and ensuring the execution of scalable marketing campaigns. The position requires collaboration across various departments to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for enterprise and global accounts.
  • Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns.
  • Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and optimization of demand capture programs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis.
  • Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success.
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics and communicate insights across departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.

  • Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Background in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, Revenue Marketing.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $145,000 - $190,000 USD.
