About the position

The ABSN Program Manager at the University of St. Thomas is responsible for providing high-level operational support to the Executive Director of Operations and the ABSN Program Director. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating ABSN online and onsite lab courses, managing enrollment functions, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The manager will also oversee administrative tasks related to adjunct faculty, budget monitoring, and serve as a liaison with various campus departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Executive Director of Operations and ABSN Program Director.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate ABSN online and onsite lab courses.
• Manage enrollment functions for onboarding new students and resolving advising, registration, and financial aid issues.
• Support adjunct faculty hiring and onboarding processes for ABSN programs.
• Maintain accreditation-related information for adjunct faculty and ensure compliance with UST guidelines.
• Collaborate on updating ABSN Program publications and materials.
• Manage textbook and educational resources orders for the ABSN program.
• Monitor ABSN program budget and prepare PT/OL budget.
• Serve as a liaison with campus departments and satellite sites delivering ABSN courses.
• Support administrative process implementation and improvement related to course implementation and program changes.
• Manage ABSN program data, student records, and program documents in accordance with UST standards.
• Liaise with the Texas Board of Nursing regarding ABSN program requirements.

Requirements

• RN License
• Teaching Certification
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Mid-level experience in academic program management
