About the position

The ACA Specialist at Paycom Payroll LLC is responsible for the implementation and service of the ACA product purchased by clients. This role involves ensuring accurate year-end form filing, supporting clients with corrections and adjustments, and providing knowledge about ACA to internal teams. The specialist will also handle client inquiries and maintain effective communication with various teams within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the ACA module for Paycom clients
  • Answer internal questions about the ACA module and Paycom's responsibilities regarding filing ACA forms with the IRS
  • Support clients by ensuring accurate year-end form filing and assisting with corrections and adjustments upon request
  • Convert information submitted from clients into appropriate product setup specifications
  • Ensure that ACA is set up accurately and timely
  • Provide knowledge and information about ACA to internal teams
  • Research, track, and resolve customer product issues urgently
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Paycom teams and management
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience working on computer systems
  • HR experience or related fields
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Experience troubleshooting moderately complex client inquiries utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills in Windows and MS Office
