Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in academic administration, preferably in a military or independent school setting (not required but preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, faculty, and parents.
• Knowledge of MSDE compliance processes and educational best practices.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
