About the position

The Academic Program Coordinator for Emergency Medicine at Mercy Health Boardman plays a crucial role in managing the residency program. This position is responsible for overseeing the schedules of residents, evaluations, and reimbursements, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The coordinator works closely with the Program Director to schedule meetings, take minutes, and organize necessary paperwork. A significant aspect of this role involves maintaining compliance with the governing body of the residency program, which includes reporting on educational progress and curriculum metrics.
