The Academic Project Coordinator at National Louis University plays a pivotal role in managing academic support needs for the Office of the Dean within the National College of Education. This position is responsible for overseeing various project management tasks, ensuring that all projects align with the strategic priorities of the college. The coordinator will work collaboratively with other departments to serve as a central source of information, facilitating effective communication and outreach efforts. This role also involves planning events and creating a range of digital materials aimed at engaging students, faculty, alumni, and external stakeholders. The coordinator will provide strategic planning support to the Office of the Dean and the college leadership team, assisting with the development and implementation of curriculum and assessments, as well as supporting accreditation and state approval processes. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in the annual program assessment process and serve as a liaison between the college and various stakeholders, including university administration, faculty, students, staff, alumni, and partners. The position also entails conducting directed research to identify trends in PK-12 schools and other colleges of education, potentially leading to feasibility studies for new academic offerings. The Academic Project Coordinator will lead all events organized by the college, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops, while also performing other duties as assigned by the Dean.
