About the position

The position is for an Academic Otolaryngologist with a focus on Sleep Medicine, requiring Board Certification or completion of a Sleep Surgery fellowship. The role is aimed at candidates at the Assistant Professor level or higher, emphasizing academic achievements and a commitment to education. The successful candidate will join a faculty of 12 sub-specialist ENT physicians and 5 General ENTs, contributing to program leadership, research, teaching, and the development of a new Sleep Surgery fellowship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sleep Medicine program and contribute to its development.
  • Conduct research in the field of Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in the department.
  • Help build and establish a new Sleep Surgery fellowship program.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance educational offerings.

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Sleep Medicine or completion of a Sleep Surgery fellowship.
  • Academic accomplishments at the Assistant Professor level or higher.
  • Dedication to education and teaching.
