About The Position
The Online Student Success Coach at Baruch College plays a vital role in supporting graduate and adult undergraduate students in their academic journey. This position focuses on providing comprehensive guidance, fostering student engagement, and ensuring a successful online learning experience. The coach will work primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends to accommodate students' diverse schedules, and will report to the Online Program Manager.
