• Provides leadership in work processing and service orientation.
• Troubleshoots and maintains data tables for transfer equivalence, master calendar, and degree audits.
• Assists in the development and auditing of academic tables in the student information system.
• Oversees the development of scheduled classes for each term.
• Assists in developing procedures for section order forms and space allocation.
• Participates in community organizations to support the college's mission.
• Completes required training and professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college hours with two years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft Excel Specialist certification or equivalent.
• Experience with room reservation or scheduling software such as Ad Astra.
• Experience managing student information in an ERP system like Colleague.
• Experience in developing and leading training sessions.
