Responsibilities

• Learn the inner workings of the Professional Services organization.
• Assist in opportunity qualification, assessments, scoping, and sizing as a Services Sales Associate.
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to provide on-site support and consulting services.
• Meet the requirements of Enterprise clients by providing and deploying technical architectures as a Professional Services Engineer/Consultant.
• Plan, schedule, track, and supervise project delivery as a Project Manager.
• Evaluate business opportunities and optimize the product portfolio as a Product Manager.
• Work closely with the sales team to present tailored solutions to customers.
• Develop a support and professional services plan aligned with NetApp's objectives.
• Manage a variety of projects to meet time, budget, quality, and contracted deliverables.
