About The Position
Join Rexel USA as an Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee, where you will complete an intensive rotational training and development program designed to provide broad exposure to various business areas within the Electrical Distribution industry. This program includes diverse assignments, projects, and classroom training, leading to potential placement in commercial roles such as sales, project management, operations, procurement, and marketing. You will have access to digital tools and customer integration services, enabling you to find and retain customers effectively. The position is based in the Northeast Region and offers a work-life balance with no weekend or holiday work, along with paid time off.
