About the position

The position is for a financial professional in New York Life's Fast Track Partner Program, designed for leadership-oriented individuals looking to advance their financial careers. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the financial services field, with the potential to transition into management as an associate partner after completing the program. The role emphasizes developing personalized financial strategies for clients and leading a team of financial professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals.
• Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.
• Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.

Requirements

• Sales experience necessary.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus.
• Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation.
• Master's or significant sales and management experience preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry preferred.
• Sales and management experience preferred.
