About the position

The Access Director for Community Supervision in Criminal Justice Systems will act as the primary account manager within Michigan, focusing on coordinating care transitions with probation and parole officers, treatment courts, and other relevant stakeholders. This role involves strategic planning, account management, and collaboration with various internal teams to drive business results and ensure access to Indivior's portfolio of treatments for substance use disorders and mental illnesses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide account management, strategic planning, and analysis to community providers of justice and treatment services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts to ensure targeted growth of Indivior's portfolio.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with decision makers and account influencers within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver balanced product value proposition presentations.
  • Achieve access and outcome goals as identified in account-generated business plans.
  • Develop trusting relationships with Sales/Marketing Leadership, Market Access, Legal, and Government Affairs.
  • Partner with field sales organizations to drive sales and market share results.
  • Identify account priorities as part of market research and marketing planning processes.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted with the highest ethical standards and in accordance with Indivior's Core Values.
  • Facilitate pricing agreements and negotiate contracts to assure product access.

Requirements

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred; undergraduate degree required in Science, Business, or applicable field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in field sales with pharmaceutical or specialty drug sales.
  • Experience in probation/parole/drug court systems or community providers of justice and treatment services is preferred.
  • Experience developing strategic account management plans within criminal justice systems.
  • Well-developed relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Specialty Injectable Product Experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) & Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
