About the position

The position involves performing a variety of coordination activities associated with ambulatory access operations initiatives. The individual will work closely with Access Program Coordinators to organize the scope, resources, timelines, external stakeholders, and communications for multiple projects. The role includes developing comprehensive plans for implementation through maintenance and/or completion, monitoring the progress of new and ongoing initiatives, and providing updates to leadership on status.

Responsibilities

  • Organize initiatives into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Collaborate across access and other departments as needed to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assist with task tracking
  • Ensure that internal and external stakeholder needs are met as projects evolve
  • Contribute to analysis of risks and opportunities
  • Monitor progress of work streams and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the back-up point of contact and communicate updates to all participants
  • Work with the Program Coordinators to remove barriers
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • No licensure required.
