About The Position

The position serves as a subject matter expert in access management and provisioning for the Credit Risk Management IT portfolio within the Dallas Integrated Technology Services (ITS). The role involves facilitating access requests, conducting security access reviews, and ensuring compliance with security requirements, all while supporting the Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years professional experience in EUS, IAM, information security, access management, or related IT function.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security controls in a technology environment.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and non-routine assignments.
• Ability to use/enhance computer systems to perform assigned tasks.
• Ability to use computer software to design/troubleshoot complex reports.
• Effective communication skills at peer level and project management skills.
• Skills in organization, meeting deadlines, accuracy, and customer focus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of NIST controls and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access requests to the Credit Risk Management suite of technology solutions.
• Complete required security access reviews on a periodic basis for management approval.
• Prepare and coordinate the organization's semi-annual District user access review and attestation process.
• Respond to security assessment questionnaires and audits in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation covering security assets and request processes.
• Develop collaboration sites/libraries/lists/forms for the Credit Risk Management IT product team.
