They are also required to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and uphold an acceptable attendance record throughout their studies. To receive the financial incentives and sign-on bonus upon full-time employment, students must provide RDO Equipment Co. with copies of their transcripts and diploma, and they must adhere to the academic policies and regulations set by their educational institution. Finally, graduates are expected to accept full-time employment with RDO Equipment Co. following their graduation, with specific job locations determined based on availability. They are expected to conduct themselves professionally in the presence of customers and the community, representing RDO Equipment Co. positively. Additionally, technicians are encouraged to proactively seek and participate in company-sponsored training to enhance their knowledge and skills. Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources is crucial, as is a commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Finally, technicians may be assigned other duties by management as needed, which should be performed in a professional and efficient manner.
