Participants in the Access Your Future Service Program will benefit from a paid internship at a sponsoring store while they are enrolled in college, which can take place during the summer, school breaks, or after class, depending on the sponsoring store's availability. Additionally, the program includes company-paid tools tailored to the educational requirements of the students, ensuring they have the necessary equipment to succeed in their training. Upon graduation, participants will receive a sign-on bonus as they transition to full-time employment with RDO Equipment Co. They are also required to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and uphold an acceptable attendance record throughout their studies.
