Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track campaign progress using project management tools, ensuring all campaigns meet their deadlines and objectives.
  • Review all media content for consistency and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to maintain brand integrity.
  • Manage media submissions to dealership manufacturer compliance programs and ensure adherence to all guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely media releases and accurate implementations.
  • Maintain productive relationships with vendors, managing timelines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Coordinate the design, ordering, and distribution of printed marketing materials such as business cards, uniforms, and promotional items.
  • Regularly refresh website content, images, and promotions to keep the site up-to-date with current offers.
  • Respond to reviews and ensure review platforms are updated with accurate and current information.
  • Conduct thorough monthly reviews of website functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and fix any issues that arise on the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Create and distribute marketing updates to internal and external team members.
  • Create customized performance reports based on client or project needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Prior agency experience required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
