The Account Associate position at 24/7 Coastal Contact is a vital role focused on providing exceptional customer service in the home care industry. This position involves managing scheduling, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction while working remotely. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the needs of clients and caregivers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle new service inquiry calls and last-minute schedule changes.
  • Document client cancellations and answer scheduling inquiries.
  • Provide phone coverage during normal business hours and manage email communications.
  • Monitor caregiver clock-ins and address any missed shifts or cancellations.
  • Notify clients and caregivers of schedule changes and anticipated late arrivals.
  • Address client concerns and provide general office information as needed.
  • Stay active on team communication platforms for real-time updates.
  • Mitigate after-hours calls and manage last-minute staffing needs.
