About the position

The Account Based Marketing Specialist will support the strategy and execution of the client's Account Based Marketing (ABM) program by building customized digital marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance client engagement and optimize ABM processes. The position is remote and requires the use of personal equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and trust across team members and with all levels of the organization.
• Support design of ABM strategies including email, web, social media, events, and paid media.
• Design, monitor, and report on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.
• Document repeatable and scalable processes, best practices, and materials for marketing and client teams.
• Coordinate activation and communication during the onboarding process for cross-functional teams involved in the ABM program.
• Build and maintain an ABM Center of Excellence to assist with onboarding and optimization of ABM programs.
• Act as Center of Excellence lead to update resources and monitor onboarding progress.
• Participate and contribute to meetings in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
• Proactively manage changes in program scope and devise contingency plans.
• Capture action items and track follow-up on commitments during ABM meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
• 1-4+ years working in a professional setting, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Experience with account-based marketing or executing customer journeys.
• Experience in email marketing preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and CRM systems preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of digital marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
• Experience or coursework in product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
