About the position

The Account Based Marketing Specialist will support the strategy and execution of the client's Account Based Marketing (ABM) program by building customized digital marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance client engagement and optimize ABM processes. The position is remote, requires the use of personal equipment, and is a contract role with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Support design of ABM strategies including email, web, social media, events, and paid media to drive client engagement.
  • Design, monitor, and report on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.
  • Document repeatable and scalable processes, best practices, and materials for marketing and client teams.
  • Coordinate activation and communication during the onboarding process for cross-functional teams involved in the ABM program.
  • Build and maintain an ABM Center of Excellence to assist with onboarding and optimization of self-supported ABM programs.
  • Act as Center of Excellence lead to update resources and monitor onboarding progress.
  • Participate in meetings in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
  • Manage changes in program scope and devise contingency plans.
  • Capture action items and track follow-up on commitments during ABM meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 1-4+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or executing customer journeys.
  • Experience in email marketing preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau and CRM systems preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Experience or coursework in product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage relationships and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience in collaborating across functions to deliver ABM programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
