About the position

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist at Culture Amp is responsible for supporting the Enterprise segment through integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute demand generation programs, manage campaigns within the 6sense platform, and develop targeted marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive growth marketer with experience in executing and measuring global campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tactics to drive pipeline and revenue for the Enterprise segment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the 6sense platform, including segment and list building, reporting, and campaign creation.
  • Communicate Enterprise marketing plans to the wider marketing team and provide insights through feedback loops with regional marketers.
  • Develop campaign and channel metrics, reporting on the impact of campaigns and optimizing over time.
  • Collaborate to create personalized content and messaging for target accounts across various marketing channels.
  • Conduct research to identify target accounts and segments, tailoring marketing campaigns to their needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a demand generation/campaigns role in SaaS/B2B technology companies.
  • 2+ years of Account Based Marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and using analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building and optimizing successful account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using ABM Tools (6sense) and BI Tools (Looker preferred).
  • Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation software, and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
