About the position

As an Account Based Marketing Specialist at Tillo, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted, multi-channel ABM programs and strategies aimed at driving demand, generating awareness, and building a sales pipeline with enterprise prospects and customers. This role involves close collaboration with the VP of Marketing and the US Marketing Campaign Manager to create effective marketing strategies and measurement plans, ensuring visibility on all ABM programs and their results. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and co-founder, contributing to the establishment of Tillo's US operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns that engage key contacts at target accounts.
  • Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts, including their pain points and demographics.
  • Partner with the Marketing Campaign Manager and other teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Use analytics to profile and target ideal accounts and contacts.
  • Communicate campaign plans and feedback with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Track program results, measure success, and report metrics to stakeholders.
  • Help define ABM budget needs and manage within budget constraints.
  • Utilize Reachdesk to send targeted campaigns to prospects.

Requirements

  • Experience planning and executing ABM campaigns, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with leadership and sales teams.
  • Experience using platforms like Reachdesk or Sendoso for targeted campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
  • Effective communication skills with a proven ability to lead projects and teams.
  • Experience with an ABM martech stack (Hubspot, Demandbase, Zoominfo or similar).
