About the position

The Account Coordinator - Landscaping position at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services involves overseeing client accounts, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and managing customer issues in a fast-paced environment. The role supports the management of active accounts and vendor partners, aiming to meet or exceed client expectations while leveraging relationships for mutual benefit.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portion of a client account or various client accounts.
• Follows all functional policies and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Meets expectations for all work/tasks and ensures progress toward goals/objectives.
• Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow.
• Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations.
• Supports and balances vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability.
• Works in various customer portals, 3rd party systems, and KBS proprietary technology.
• Helps identify procedural issues and trends and shares examples of best practices with leadership.
• Carries out essential functions of the job without posing a risk to health and safety.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an account coordinator role, ideally with experience in exterior services or another service-related field with high customer/client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is a plus.
