About the position

The Account Developer role at Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. is a full-time position focused on selling, ordering, and executing product promotions for customers in the Greenwood/Franklin, IN area. This position is crucial for driving revenue and gross margin by ensuring accurate product orders and effective execution of commercial plans. The Account Developer will work primarily in the field, managing customer relationships and maximizing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes.
• Generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives.
• Maximizes operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals and minimizing shrink and out of date.
• Demonstrates effective selling acumen to sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, and innovation products.
• Communicates effectively with appropriate levels within CCCI and each customer.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication skills.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications.
