About the position

The Account Developer role is essential for driving sales and executing commercial plans for CCCI customers. This position involves selling new products, managing orders, and ensuring operational efficiencies to directly impact the company's revenue and gross margin. The Account Developer will work primarily in the field, visiting customers on pre-set routes and collaborating with them to optimize product orders and execution of promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, sell, and execute in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes.
• Generate sales orders based on assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
• Execute applicable promotions and new products based on target lists.
• Ensure excellence in Right Execution Daily (RED) scores for assigned customers.
• Maximize operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals.
• Minimize shrink and out of date products, ensuring compliance with routing schedules.
• Demonstrate effective selling acumen to sell-in contractual agreements and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with CCCI and customers, understanding different buyer types.
• Identify and communicate competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication skills.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career mindedness and a highly competitive nature.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications.
