About the position

The Account Developer role is a foundational selling and execution position responsible for managing customer accounts within Pennsylvania. This position focuses on selling new products, executing promotions, and ensuring accurate product orders to drive revenue and gross margin for the company. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with customers to maximize operational efficiencies and meet financial performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes.
  • Generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
  • Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists.
  • Implements monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives and marketing promotions.
  • Ensures excellence in Right Execution Daily (RED) scores for assigned customers.
  • Maximizes operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals.
  • Minimizes shrink and out of date products, ensuring compliance with routing schedules.
  • Demonstrates effective selling acumen to sell-in contractual agreements and promotions.
  • Communicates effectively with appropriate levels within CCCI and each customer.
  • Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Career mindedness and a highly competitive nature.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
  • Any type of associates or bachelor's degree.
