About the position

The Account Development Manager at Qualtrics plays a crucial role in the EDGE Sales business, assisting customers throughout their market research project lifecycle. This position focuses on delivering value to customers by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. The role emphasizes customer retention and expansion, requiring a customer-obsessed mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the long-term EDGE customer relationship manager and product expert.
  • Work with customers to define and document business requirements and develop value-based solutions.
  • Execute end-to-end inbound research requests, including scoping and project follow-up.
  • Provide polished and timely client communication and responsive follow-through on issues and actions.
  • Partner closely with EDGE Account Executives to build account plans and strategies for growth.
  • Prepare content that educates users on utilizing the EDGE Data solution effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Market Research or management consulting.
  • Track record of success in building customer relationships at multiple levels.
  • Proven experience leveraging industry best practices and operationalizing customer-facing programs.
  • Technical understanding of data integrations and experience with data analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, analytical, presentation, and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in technical account management roles.
