About the position

The Account Development Representative (ADR) at TRACTIAN plays a crucial role in driving growth through proactive outbound sales strategies. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment, focusing on generating new business leads and converting them into long-term clients. The ADR will work closely with a small, dedicated team to shape sales strategies and engage with key stakeholders, contributing significantly to the company's ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Aggressively: Identify and pursue new business leads through outbound strategies, with the goal of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Manage Relationships: Use Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hubspot to generate and nurture leads, track progress, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market & Client Insight: Analyze industry trends and client needs to enhance outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Align with the Team: Work closely with sales and technical personnel to close the product feedback loop with client goals.
  • Expand Industry Presence: Attend events and actively seek out expansion opportunities.
  • Progress Updates: Report regularly on outreach activities and development goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years in Outbound Sales: Proven track record in proactive prospecting within tech or software sales.
  • Hunter Mentality: Passion for seeking out and converting new leads in a role with little inbound support.
  • Sales Achievements: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Career Growth Mindset: Interest in moving into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
  • Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot Proficiency: Experienced in CRM-based relationship management.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing strategic, long-term client connections.
  • Advanced Outbound Skills: Proficient in cold-calling and outbound tools like Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • High-Level Engagement: Ability to engage thoughtfully in high-stakes client conversations.
