About the position

The Account Director - Digital Marketing Analytics will lead high-impact projects and manage substantial advertising budgets while providing strategic insights across various digital marketing channels. This role involves overseeing a high-performing team and delivering key findings to VP-level clients, particularly in the travel and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic direction for marketing analytics projects.
  • Lead a high-performance team (5-7 direct reports), fostering development and growth.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets ($10-15M/month) across multiple platforms.
  • Present quarterly findings to VP-level clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract trends, communicate insights, and recommend actions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings, becoming a trusted face of the brand.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
  • 3+ years of management experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Expertise in metasearch, paid search, and display channels.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agency (OTA) trends and account behavior.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing multipoint communication.
