About the position

The Account Director role at StudioNorth is a pivotal position focused on managing and growing healthcare accounts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship development, and account leadership to enhance the company's healthcare practice. The Account Director will take ownership of client needs, ensuring high-impact marketing programs are executed effectively, while also fostering relationships with senior marketing executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in identifying feasibility in the sales cycle and nurturing relationships with new accounts
  • Manage and exceed client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and internal team success
  • Foster growth and retention for existing clients, defining program scope, deliverables, and milestones
  • Consistently deliver against revenue quotas and forecasts by collaborating with internal teams and practice leaders
  • Create professional, engaging, and strategic proposals and estimates
  • Closely monitor budgets to ensure overall account success
  • Bring a clear understanding of the healthcare industry and marketing challenges
  • Proactively identify and address client/project challenges
  • Practice positive approaches and sound leadership
  • Develop deep, long-standing relationships with marketing senior executives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Account Director experience inside a marketing agency, specifically in the Healthcare industry
  • Leadership in defining and driving marketing strategies for B2B companies preferred
  • Driven by goals and the challenge of orchestrating diverse teams to achieve those goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with depth in marketing strategy and execution
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
  • High integrity and transparency in work
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
