NAVEX is seeking driven and enthusiastic Account Executives to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our market presence. This position is part of an exciting new growth avenue for NAVEX, where you will play a crucial role in helping enterprise customers understand the value of our NAVEX IRM solutions. We are looking for energetic and intelligent individuals who are passionate about selling new business in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will leverage your hunting prowess to proactively build and maintain relationships with existing NAVEX customers, creating new business opportunities by presenting the value of our solutions. You will engage in heavy prospecting, coordinating with Territory Development Representatives to qualify and identify leads. Navigating complex buying groups across various functions will be essential as you advance our sales goals. You will deliver compelling presentations that tell real business stories, impressing key decision-makers with your industry and product knowledge. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and meeting customer needs, negotiating and closing sales opportunities through new deals, cross-selling, and up-selling. You will effectively develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting sales to ensure you meet and exceed your sales goals. To support your success, you will attend an initial in-person training and ongoing virtual product trainings to stay informed on industry trends and NAVEX's evolving solutions. Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing NAVEX customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Heavy prospecting of customers; coordinating with Territory Development Reps to qualify and identify leads.
  • Navigate buying groups across different functions to advance sales goals.
  • Deliver presentations by storytelling actual business scenarios to impress customers with industry and product knowledge.
  • Identify and meet customer needs, offering best solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities through net new deals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunity beyond sales goals, accurately forecasting sales.
  • Attend initial in-person training and ongoing virtual product trainings to stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related field, preferred.
  • 8+ years of a successful B2B sales career track and experience hunting within Enterprise organizations (4,000+ employee headcount).
  • Familiarity with value selling, strategic selling, and best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with diverse teams.
