About the position

The Account Executive for Power & Renewables at Enverus is a key sales role focused on driving new client acquisition and achieving annual sales goals within the energy sector. This position involves collaborating with technical advisors and customer education managers to present value propositions, identify ROI opportunities, and provide feedback for product development. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on results and the ability to navigate the enterprise sales process effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition in the power and renewables market.
  • Collaborate with Technical Advisors to present a compelling value proposition to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Education Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI.
  • Provide quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales forecasts with acceptable accuracy rates.
  • Deliver client feedback to marketing and development teams to enhance product effectiveness.
  • Complete company certifications and training regularly.
  • Attend trade shows, sales summits, and client meetings, with travel expectations up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Power & Renewables sector.
  • Strong outside sales experience with the ability to prospect new opportunities.
  • Expertise in the enterprise sales process, including CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision-makers, risk mitigation, retention, and closing.
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting new business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.
