The Account Executive 3, Enterprise Direct Sales role at Comcast involves selling commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. Responsibilities

• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Exceed departmental financial and unit targets through effective sales strategies.
• Develop sales territory by cultivating local partnerships and generating new leads through various prospecting activities.
• Retain customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
• Attend out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design and various technologies related to voice and data networking.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong prospecting skills and experience with sales support tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies, and various networking protocols.
• Experience with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
