About the position

The Account Executive at Lands' End Outfitters is a key role within the Mid-Market Account Sales Team, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients valued between $20K and $250K. This position focuses on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision-makers within existing accounts and establish strong relationships with them.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with each customer to understand their usage of Lands' End products and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to maintain and expand within existing accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Mid-Market clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
