About the position

The Account Executive role at Salesforce focuses on driving revenue growth through innovative AI-driven solutions and fostering strong client relationships. This position is integral to the Agentforce Specialist selling team, which leverages real-time data analytics to enhance customer engagement and deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Employ sales knowledge and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers.
  • Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate Agentforce's capabilities.
  • Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover prospective customers' critical business needs.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess clients' sophisticated business needs.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the value of Agentforce.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Align solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales contexts.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platform configuration and integration.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).
  • Strong intuition for business and ability to conduct technical discovery mapping aligning client needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities.
  • Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients.
