About The Position

We're RPA: an independent advertising agency that puts People First. It's a unique philosophy for a different kind of agency: where we aspire to create work that truly matters to people, for brands that respect and value people, with a team we empower and treat like people. And we do it all in the heart of sunny Santa Monica, California. Our People First philosophy means creating a culture where people like you can thrive, do meaningful work, and — we hope — stick around for a while. In an industry known for high turnover, people at RPA seem to recognize the value of an environment that truly wants to support our Associates' lives and career growth. As an Account Executive, you will be assisting with projects on two websites for Honda and Acura related to automotive product training & information. The role requires very strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive, motivated and proactive mindset, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with strong leadership qualities while working with different departments within the agency. Your daily responsibilities will include the coordination, execution, and maintenance of automotive projects. You will participate in client meetings and conference calls, understanding the client's strategic needs and business objectives, and working with the team to develop tactical recommendations. This includes writing creative briefs, facilitating client creative reviews, and reviewing monthly tracking reports. You will work closely with account management, digital production, and creative production teams, as well as have direct client contact. You will be responsible for procuring assets, creating schedules, and managing automotive projects. Additionally, you will coordinate several aspects of production, such as scheduling, copy coordination, and photo shoots production assistance, while keeping all parties updated on product changes. You will also be required to gather information and conduct small research projects, communicate project updates to your supervisor and team members, and ensure project assets are shared across agency divisions.
