About the position

The Account Executive role at Localize is a remote position focused on driving sales and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, particularly in managing the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and directly with leadership, allowing for significant influence on the company's sales culture and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads to ensure both quantity and quality.
  • Guide prospects through the entire buying cycle strategically.
  • Conduct discovery calls that provide value and identify mutual fit.
  • Run personalized demos and pitches of the Localize platform to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage sales with deal sizes ranging from $60k to $100k per year.
  • Negotiate pricing, legal, and security aspects effectively.
  • Understand and navigate enterprise procurement processes.
  • Forecast deal sizes and close dates for upper management.
  • Manage both long-term and short-term sales pipelines.
  • Provide feedback to marketing, customer success, and product teams based on prospect conversations.
  • Become an expert in the product and guide solutions in the localization space.

Requirements

  • At least 4 consecutive years of remote work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an enterprise/SaaS sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of selling and closing technical solutions to enterprise accounts in the $40k - $100k deal range.
  • Working knowledge of software technology involving HTML and JavaScript solutions.
  • Ability to engage in solution-led conversations with C-Suite prospects.
  • Self-directed and highly organized work style.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and expectations.
  • Polished written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.
