About the position

As an Account Executive at Bardy Diagnostics, you will represent the company and its innovative cardiac monitoring solutions, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals. Your role is crucial in driving market adoption of the CAM Patch, a remote patient monitoring technology, by understanding customer needs and promoting BardyDx's products and services. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
  • Increase revenue in assigned territory by promoting BardyDx's Core products and services.
  • Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists, and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products & services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with physicians, office staff, and practice/hospital administration.
  • Spend 80% of your time in the assigned territory promoting the company's products and services.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, resolve ways to improve the overall customer experience, and generate new sales and marketing tactics that grow market share and drive growth.
  • Own your business ethically and stay within company budget guidelines with business expenses.
  • Train staff, physicians, and administration on the accurate usage and billing codes for our products & services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required or at least 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience is required.
  • Ideally a combination of successful medical sales (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience is preferred background.
  • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all customer levels as well as with internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate solutions and decisions with little guidance.
  • Well organized with shown time management and prioritization skills.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to multi-task and lead opportunities with both short & long sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, communication, and social skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed with occasional overnight travel required for regional and national training and trade shows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a start-up or small company environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $68,000 to $156,000 plus commission.
