About the position

The Account Executive position at Menusifu, Inc. is focused on providing financial sales solutions to small businesses. The role involves guiding clients through the financing process, utilizing warm inbound leads, and ensuring that clients receive the best financing options tailored to their needs. The position emphasizes relationship building, exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals without the need for cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and work leads from interested and responsive clients.
  • Follow up with potential leads from different marketing channels, answer questions and maintain a very active pipeline daily.
  • Interview prospective clients and collect pertinent client information to provide business financing options that align with clients' needs and financial situations.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive & results driven
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
