About the position

The Account Executive for Business Services Sales is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while also managing existing customer relationships. This role focuses on meeting monthly sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
  • Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers as it relates to Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet or other Business Class products.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a business services or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Advanced Voice and Metro Ethernet products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
