About the position

The Account Executive for Cincinnati at CCS Medical is responsible for selling and promoting a portfolio of products and services to healthcare accounts within a designated territory. This role focuses on building relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's sales and profit goals. The position requires a proactive approach to account management and a commitment to patient-centric care.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and grows business within an assigned territory by developing an effective planning process and maintaining complete records of all high-volume accounts.
  • Acts to meet/exceed customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and building superior relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
  • Promotes customer brand loyalty by participating in or joining regional or local professional organizations that serve health care providers and consumers.
  • Demonstrates competency in the company's products and services by managing the entire sales process and presenting all aspects of the company products.
  • Builds CCS Medical image as a leader in providing medical supplies by engaging in promotional activities and attending conventions, meetings, and symposiums.
  • Practices expense control by keeping within a defined budget and managing given resources.
  • Competently communicates on a daily basis using all mediums available to report data on the industry, territory, market trends, promotion, and competitive activity.
  • Focuses on gaining the recommendation of medical providers and ensuring patient access to products and services through CCS Medical.
  • Maintains and inputs sales territory records and completes sales data and promotional information.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department.
  • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Three years of experience in sales or a related field.
