About the position

As an Account Executive in Client Relationship Management & Acquisition at T-Mobile, you will collaborate with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to manage a high-value portfolio of accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving growth within these accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and implementing strategic account plans. This role requires expertise in enterprise solution-selling to address customer business challenges and reduce account churn, while also engaging in proactive account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an account plan strategy to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's market position and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor, share, and act on sales metrics specific to the customer.
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders within the account and identify business problems that can be solved with T-Mobile's solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes while building relationships.
  • Establish Executive Business Reviews (EBCs) and attend trade shows to capitalize on networking opportunities.
  • Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new opportunities and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
  • Coordinate customer needs within internal departments and act as an escalation point for problem resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales Experience with Fortune 1000 accounts (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Software, or Technology (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team deliverables (Required)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving proficiency (Required)
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment (Required)
  • Effective communication skills to connect with client leaders at all levels (Required)
  • Experience in managing account relationships and financial outcomes (Required)
