Responsibilities

• Sell the Customer 360 Platform or specific cloud solutions to Salesforce customers.
• Understand business operations and priorities that influence C-level decisions.
• Create demand by identifying business problems and aligning them with Salesforce solutions.
• Map business initiatives and pain points to Salesforce offerings across various lines of business.
• Build credibility and trust with clients to influence their buying decisions.
• Focus on selling value and return on investment rather than just technical features.
• Generate sales pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment.
• Collaborate with internal resources to enhance value and expertise for clients.

Requirements

• 5-15 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 2-20 accounts or 50-200 accounts, primarily existing customers.
• Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to customers.
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
